I Picked this picture because it tells you to never give up and I don't know why theres a cat but maybe he's always wanted his head in that bread you never know but he didn't give up so "FOLLOW YOUR DREAMS"
Hi Kegan - I find the image you chose interesting. I undertand the appeal of the message and the confusing connection between the image and the message. It makes me wonder - did you choose the picture for the unusual image or for the message? Do you think the image enhances or supports the message? Or does it confuse or distract from the message? I am interested in your opinion on this.
I Picked it because if you think into the picture like "hmm i wonder why that cats head is in a piece of bread" than you think of both the word and picture together and you think about how it makes sense
Hi Keegan, I find your post interesting to, at first I didn't understand your post but then I understood that the cat (somehow) got its head in a piece of bread. (which is pretty impressive because cats don't have hands and also I would think the piece of bread would rip!) I find it very clever! For next time I suggest you maybe write a bit more to explain your thinking more clearly or maybe (like I also suggested to Kaylee) you could add a personal connection like a time when you persevered to follow your dreams! I enjoyed reading you post and I like how you said what the cat might think! I hope to hear from you soon!
Brandon thinks he has another explanation for the bread - the cat wants to follow his dreams and his dream is to be more than a cat or a BIGGER cat, Hence the bread represents the mane of a lion, the cat he aspires to be. Collective "OOOH!!! I get it! in the class. Well done Brandon!

This does help me to understand the creative thinking behind the image. I wonder if others agree?
